here in our country-China,there are many forbidden rules about the ownership of gun,and if so many people can have some rifles,then there will be more violence and munders,but do you think that having a gun can make a person feel safer?once in danger,they can protect themselves better?
I do not have any gun,so do you have eved had one?

I possesed a rifle with licence. Here it is not a problem to have a handgun. For secutiry purpose it is distributed for the deserving applicants.
