Curry is synonym to the Indians. I am just curious whether the indians take curry in every meal. I like to eat and cook curries but never the same as what I eat at the Indian restaurants found everywhere in my place. Is there any special ingredients that make a good curry? Does curry have any health benefits like helping in slimming down? Care to share.

I do not really know what happens in the indians world,
I just know that all of the foods in the indian resturants here are with curry.
And here we also eat alote of curry, in my house we put it in alote of foods. Not everyday, but alote. :)

Curry had sort of influence our cooking here too. But the indian curries are distinct and our curries are nowhere near to the taste of the indian curries. One mylotter had said that the herbs put in indian curry might have some health properties, so you see less indians succumb to serious health problems. One thing I notice most indian ladies have slender and sexy legs, would it be that the diet they eat has something to do with it. I don't have mascular legs though but not as slender as those indian ladies.lol
