HCl use in large commercial pool corroding all hardware and everything in sight.

We use a 600 gallon HCl (31.45%) concentrate to meter our large pools. We are expereicning substantial corrossion on walls, doors and all metal in the room where the enclosed poly tank is located. There is room exhaust and a water scrubber for venting when refilling the tank. Any thoughts, is 31.45% HCl too much, what is everbody else using? What about salt water systems, Chlorine generators?
