All I can say is practice. remember when there are silent letters and try to mimic how other people sound. Just try to say it exactly as they do. Today at work, a man asked me where he could find the "cook" in the grocery store. I could not figure out that he meant "coke" until he said that he wanted a 2 liter bottle of it, not a 16 oz. bottle. If you are having trouble putting the sentences together, just try to remember the possible word orders.

i was a private tutor in my university days to some korean students. everyday, we'll buy a newspaper and my student will choose a topic that is interesting for him. we will talk about certain word meanings and then the meaning of the sentence. then i would ask for his opinion on the article. because he likes to read a lot, we started learning oral english from there. the more he understands different words, how they were used in sentences... the more confident he became to talk about it. as a practice, he reads the article with me just for the pronunciation and diction. or he could read the article by himself in front of a mirror. you can do the same. :) i have another student who likes watching movies. so on my free days we watch a movie together or watch television together. after watching, we talk about it... one, to check if he understood the movie... two, if he has an opinion about it. the more ideas flow, the more words are spoken. topics that are interesting for a learner of oral english, encourage the learner to speak from experience. i let my students experience the english rather than just learn it. start with something that you would like to do and build from it. if you love music, you can focus on one song at a time... learning the lyrics, practice singing it, and ask someone what he thinks about that song. start making conversations on topics you like or love to talk about. the more you know about it, the more you can talk about it. hope this helps. i could write more coz i have lots of experience to share, but if you are interested just send me a PM. goodluck! :)
