Favorite Dish

Yes, my favorite dish is chop teak! I had never tried chop steak until last year when I was pregnant with my daughter, I wanted to try something new, and so we decided to eat out at the bowling center. Everyone else ordered burgers and fries and I ordered the chop steak. I swear, it tasted like I was in heaven, it was wonderful! I had to get the recipe…I assumed that it was some kind of family secret that the owners of the bowling center had kept…lol…But then they didn’t have any issues sharing it with me… The secret ingredient that they used was oyster sauce and black pepper!...lol.. Obviously I learned how to make it and I prepare it at least twice a week for dinner
