What happened on Adbux and Bux and Adbuddy ?

Hello everybody !! I have noticed a problem on these ptc websites. Since few days, they don't propose a lot of ads to click on it. It is very strange because I have a lot of referrals and I am near than the payout. It is stupid, only 3 cents by day. It isn't interesting.Do you know more ? Are they in declination ? Do you know other websites which pay 1 cent at each time by clik (not a scam)? Thanks
