Paypal Bank operates from Hongkong, so any of your country having branches at Hongkong or having connections with paypal can do the required facility for you. Already one of the senior member from pakistan available for you. His user name is kutchi. So take his advise he has earned more than $100.

If you want to understand how MyLot pays, there is a full explanation under FAQs and Guidelines (look at the very bottom of each page for the links). Please read the guidelines for posting carefully as any posts which infringe the guidelines are liable to be deleted (and you lose any earnings for those posts).
To be paid, you will need a PayPal account and to transfer the money, you will need to link it to your bank in Karachi. This is fully explained in the pages you can find under FAQ.

Note that not all countries are supported by PayPal. This is due to US regulations. You can still make a valuable contribution to MyLot, however, and make friends and contacts which can be of mutual benefit.

i am new to myot yet,and i am from china where nearby your country.i come to mylot not for the earning but making friend and improving my english writing,so i realy don't know how to make money and transfer it to my bank,i think it can't make much money so you needn't worry about it,and just making friend here is a good choice yet.
