This morning I woke up feeling sick. I know I don't have a stomach virus, but I do have tummy troubles from time to time. I usually try not to take anything for it. I just drink some chamomile tea or ginger tea and eat very lightly all day. Doctors say that headaches and tummy aches are the most common complaints amongst their patients. They say it's often due to stress. Do you agree with this and when you do have a tummy ache, what do you do for it?

Usually I drink one of the those tea like Blueberry tea or chamomile tea. I think sometimes its stress hope you don't have ulcers. I would try to lay down and relax if it helps. Take care.

I don't have stomach troubles very often but when I do I don't like to take "medicines" for them. I usually drink a little bit of soda, ginger ale works best but I've never liked it, lots of room temperature water, sometimes a little tea and if the stomach problem is really bad I might stir a little baking soda (sodium bicarbinate) into the water. I also eat lightly or sometimes not at all depening on what the problem is. I also agree that headaches and stomach problems are common and probably related to stress.

If not viral affectthan it should be excess of heat. Try drinking a tender coconut water in themornings and have a glass of buttermilk with your meals.
