Should I worry about my irregular menses?

I'm 25 years old and my menstrual period is always irregular. It comes sometimes once, twice or thrice a year. Example this year, i had it last April and June. I was diagnosed for UTI last March and after taking up my medicines, my urine test result is clear. But, I still have this urge to urinate often and sometimes my pelvic area aches. Do these symptoms had any relation with my irregular menses? Thank you.
