Amazing Bass... How Sweet the Sound

Many of you know about my love for music... and my soft spot for the Bass guitar. To me, it drives the song.
After I put my own video up, I started looking around YouTube to see what was out there. Trans Siberian Orchestra held a contest, they called out to musicians everywhere, inviting them to make a video of them playing Wizards In Winter on whatever instrument they play.
This kid is the winner in the Bass Guitar category... as you'll see, he should have been the winner of the whole shooting match.

That's a freakin awesome video and great quality. I'll have to share this with my fiance. He played bass for a really long time in a band he used to be in. Now he's gotten more into playing piano and guitar and of course he loves vocals. He just bought a really nice electric guitar last month but decided we couldn't afford it right now so he took it back. But I agree I love the bass guitar. It just brings just an awesome driving force to songs.
