Who is the boss of your family?

Is it your dad or your mom who makes the decision in the house. I mean who is more powerful, who is more stricker in maintaining the rules in the house. Who handles the money matters mostly?In our family we use to call our mom a tiger as she was very strick when we were kids and till today. And most of the house making was done by our mom only but regarding money matters dad use to handle mostly.

In our house, my mom is the nosiest, LOL, so i guess she's the most dominant. But she handles money matters nicely and can go along even with a little budget to provide everything my siblings need. I also help and so my older sisters regarding money. And she asks our opinions regarding problems in the family. SO, maybe she a democratic leader too. :-)

I am living on my own so I am the head of the household in my house but when I was living with my parents, my dad was the head of the house. My mom was head at times but most of the time my dad made most of the decisions. I think now they are both equally in control of their house. They seem to agree more now about various things.

WOW! that sounds pretty cute as am also the eldest in the family and i remember when dad and mom were not around i have to take the responsible of looking after the house and the five sibblings. Anyway its not an easy job, happy parenting to you and good luck.

Same here, my father cares about his earning money projects and my mother takes care the households issues.

i feel a family is about being together and doing things together and so when it comes to imp discussions, i say, let the family members decide it all! after all , thts wat makes a family!

In my house my mother in law is the head.But I control everything money and house.But we take desicion whenever required.

Both my wife and I. We love to share with each other everything. We like to ask for the other's opinion when we have to make a decision. Ours is a democratic family.
