Just the other day I saw a haircut on a baby that I thought was a little unusual, at least for someone his age (he looked like he was between 9-11 months old) His mother was holding him. He had a mohawk, which I have seen before in little children, but it was dyed a bright blue! I actually thought it was kind of cute! What do you think about this? Have you ever seen any unusual haircuts in children? What about your own children? Do they stand out because of their haircut/style?

We've done my son's hair all kinds of different ways. He's 17 months old now. For Independence Day we gave him three spikes. We used some kid safe colored hair gel on them. We had one spike red, one white, and the other blue. We've done the fake mohawk, too. We've never given him a crazy haircut, though. We've just done different things with his hair when it's cut in a pretty regular little boys' haircut. It's just fun to do something different with it every once in a while. He likes to look at himself in the mirror when he has something different going on with his hair.

That's awesome! =p My son had a bit of a mohawk thing going on naturally when he was really young. We didn't cut it that way, but it just stuck up on top and was really thin everywhere else. We kept calling him our "punk rock baby". Right now he is one year old, and we pretty much just cut it in whatever way keeps it out of his eyes. He has little curls just in the back, and they're really cute so we don't want to cut them off. However, I'm sure when he's older and goes out more we'll think of lots of fun things to do to him! =p
