The star with a number is the members rating. You will get one after writing 100 posts, and after others have rated your posts. Keep wrinting good quality posts and you will soon have a star rating. good luck!

Hi, joahnna18. Welcome to myLot. The number after you user name is the amount of your posts and responses you did. The star means your rating. You'll get yours after up to 100 posts. I suggest you read through the guidelines and FAQs here. It'll help you a lot. Hope you enjoy yourself here. Let's share thoughts together here with people from all over the world. the number besides your name is the number of posts you have responded to so far (yours is 8 at the time of writing this) If it is in a star, it is your rating. You don't get this until youi have responded to 100 posts. thsi would be your first milestone in mylot. Good luck to you and happy posting. Welcome to mylot.

Welcome to myLot. The number beside your name is the number of posts you have made. Starting discussions and replying to other discussions are counted. When you reach 100 posts, you will get a star with a number on it. That will represent your popularity rating. You won't earn a lot of money here, but it's fun to "talk" to different people.
