A Busload of (OUCH!) Body Pain

I know that this might sound cliche, but perhaps today isn't my day after all... Today, as I was about to get to the bus, I was a little late, so as soon as I got to the bus transfer point, it wasn't there. It was gone. So I had to sit down, but unfortunately as I was about to sit on the stone stairs in front of an abandoned high school, my hand got caught in some broken glass! Now I have to wait one hour before the bus comes back, and to make things worse, my 02-Cool Fanlight with Carbinder Clip stopped working. The light part was working fine, but the fan part stopped, as though it's slowed. So now I have to endure a very hot day, and I was sweating crazily. And later, as I was heading to the college bus stop, I had to hurry because the bus came early. I had to run! Run like hell. But as I was getting close to the bus before it took off without me, it just got worse. I fell. I fell HARD. I fell HARD, and sprained my wrist. I fell HARD, sprained my wrist, and bent my glasses rim. I fell HARD, sprained my wrist, bent my glasses rim, and scarred the right side of my eyebrow leaving a visible gash. I fell HARD, sprained my wrist, bent my glasses rim, scarred the right side of my eyebrow leaving a visible gash, and possibly got a concussion or a head injury. Next, a passenger and the bus driver both came, and as I got up from the ground still struggling through the pain, blood was dripping on my shirt, and on the walkway. And I have to tell you, that walkway is...how do I put it...like sandpaper. VERY abrasive, rough and hot. The bus driver came back with tissues just as the blood dripped onto my eyelashes like it was sweat. He had a water bottle nearby and poured it on the tissue, and I had to apply pressure to the scar. Everyone inside the bus looked on, and the passenger outside helped grab my hat and glasses, while the driver got my bag. We were on our way back to the transfer point at Wal-Mart, but as new riders boarded the bus, some of them saw the blood, and the tissue I held up. I had thanked the driver and passenger. The driver said it might need stitches, but as he looked, maybe not. I looked in the bus mirror, and it looked deep, but it wasn't serious. I had to give my info to the passenger who then relayed it to the driver. This wasn't the first time a driver asked me for info when I almost had an injury. Even now as i'm typing this, it even hurts to move my wrist telling you of what happened. I got the transfer ticket as we made it to the transfer point. The bus driver of the local bus transit didn't notice, but one rider did who experienced head injuries like this. She said that I have to check into a hospital or else it might get swollen. But I didn't have enough money. She said the bus transit company will pay for it, and the bent glasses. If it got serious, then i'll do it. But since it wasn't, I didn't. It's a good thing my family didn't notice either. For now. I had to apply alcohol, hydrogen peroxide and a bandage/band-aid onver the scar when I arrived at home. Now all I have to do is wait for the scar to heal itself. Now it's your turn since I have to give my sprained wrist a rest. Have you EVER experienced almost the same injury as I did, or was it a different accident with messy results? Did you have any bus-related accidents or injuries? How did you endure the pain?
