Near Hamburg, Germany, two atomic power plants were shut off because of emergencies tonight. There was no lights in Hamburg for some time. The officials say there were only minor problems. Nonetheless: How safe are we? Are these plants really a blessing after Chernobyl, Sellarfield, Three Mile Island?
