Is there a easy way to quit smoking?

Why don't you try candy instead of smoking too much. My father use candy as replacement. But you have to do in gradually with determination.

I am afraid there is not an easy way to do anything, especially quitting smoking. Your son and daughter-in-law first need to make up their mind and understand smoking is harmful. Then they need the will power to do so. The good thing is two of them want to quit at the same time, which will help and encourage them spiritually and physically. All the best!

Many people claim having been hypnotized to completely quit smoking, but I think that's a load of BS. The best way I guess is to gradually cut down like most people do. It worked for some of my uncles.
