The Secret of Getting Thin…

The fight against obesity is an ongoing worldwide battle ever since I could remember. In this age of health enlightenment, more and more people are taking the personal fight against bulges. I myself is now taking some steps to lose some fats and be a little in shape. I am taking oatmeal and some fruits as my breakfast and do some 30 minute brisk walking. I am sure a lot of members here are taking some steps to lose some weight, please share your tips and experiences here…

i'm not overweight neither am I thin.obesity has been my lifetime enemy.i have to exercise everyday cos if I don't,I tend to gain weight easily.fruits is good and yogurt is better.live life healthy!

same here tombiz, in my pic.i weighed twice as that,but now im getting better and lighter..i started working out and paired it with healthy eating and diet..i dont eat rice or white bread. i only eat wheat or bran, and made sure to check the labels and nutritional facts...less sugar and salt more water and veggies..fish, chicken...i dont deprive my self from eating what i used to eat, i just pick a small amount...just a tatse not like eating whole or a lot of it...to those who wants a new look and a healthy outlook excercise and diet must go hand in hand,and a real determination of your goal to cut weight..i've tried a lot before but only cheating myself by not being desciplined, but now ive learned, we are not getting younger, we must take care of our body..excercise boost our immune system and helped us to feel light and great,thru sweat it detoxifies...nice posting!! :)
