finding for a new place to live in...whew!!!

It's hard to find a new place to rent especially when you have been renting or living there for quite sometime now..10 yrs....but somehow you'll just have to let go..as the rent keeps going up each year..and i needed to tighten my belt..and one of the solution is to find a small place to live with lower rental fee. though im still hesitant in looking for a new one but if i want to save a little i think i really have to give it up, what do u think??
