Do you think RS.com should be banned

Does anyone here feel strongly about RapidShare.com? If so. Do you not feel that their service should be banned? Why I bring up this discussion is because: 1) RS.com hosts illegal files 2) namely, WAREZ 3) Heavy copyright infringement 4) Companies like Adobe and Microsoft lose MILLIONs a month all thanks to this one site 5) It promotes Piracy 6) That works against the best efforts of the governments aimed at countering piracy, Does anyone here agree with me?
