To earn here, you should post discussions. From the one's you started, up to discussion's you've replied to.
I average at around 20 to 30 postings before, with discussions started and replied to. It provides me almost a dollar, right before the earnings gets updated.
You can also upload photos on discussions, or you can also upload them under the "interests" section.
You can also make referrals, can be from your family, friends, or even relatives. Just let them sign under your referral name, you'll get an added percentage whenever they participate in every activity here.
