Personalization information to photoshop elements 2

I cuold not open pictures on my photoshop elements 2 because of missing or invalid personalization information. How do I solve the problem? sincerely, S.H.

Is this a program that you installed on your computer or are you trying to run it off of a flash drive? Have you uninstalled an Adobe product recently? I would uninstall the program and reinstall. Seems like somewhere your install was corrupted.
