Haha, good call. The only thing that'd bother me about that is if you want to choose a song if you're in a certain mood or just feel like listening to a certain song and you can't :/.

I have a white 20GB Photo at the moment. Will probably upgrade to something with a bit more space soon though as my music collection is a lot more than 20 gig!

I have the 30GB video iPod. It works because I am able to download televisions shows and movies and take them with me to work and school and watch them during breaks. It also allows me to record lectures with a special insert I purchased at the Apple store and listen to them back immediately.

I've got a second generation, 2GB Nano. I HAD a first generation 1GB Nano, but I gave that one to my husband when I bought this new one. I actually miss my first generation Nano. These second generation Nanos aren't supported by Rockbox, an alternative opensource firmware replacement that really pimps out the look and feel of what goes on on-screen. ^_^ Anyone else a Rockbox user? It seems that every time I check back at rockbox.org to see if they second gen Nano's supported yet, little (if any) headway has been made.

Mine is an Ipod Video 30 giga. I have to confess that I will never use that space. I have 540 songs in it. Anyway, it is a great gadget. I love it :)
