With the resent release of classified documents by the CIA, what does the Senate hope to accomplish by this latest witch hunt?
Apparently every adiministration and congress since at least the early 70s has done this as a matter of course.
So will Dirty Harry Reid mention Echelon or other programs that did the same thing that they are "investigating" now?
I doubt it, since that would require honesty, intergrity and a brain in his head... three things Harry Reid know nothing about.

Bush and Cheney...doh...how to define them....worst combination of Pres-VicePres in the last 100 years? i think that would fit.

you know, for me they're worse than all that...ok maybe you can exclude nixon because of the watergate...but the rest are wayyy over bush.

If I remember right all President Bush did was takethe wire tap law inacted by President Clinton and included terriorst as one of the groups that could be spied on. It is only the calls that orginate overseas or are to a known terriorist in the US.
Many of the Liberals and Democratics must be suffering from Early Altimerzer. How many times has the intellegence gathering resulted in the foiling of an attack. It would seem that they are more concerned with seeing that the enemy likes us than winning the war.
Either we use all the weapons we have or we surrender.

Nothing new with this. Reed and Pelosi represent the liberal hypocrisy party known as the Dems. They could care less about the truth. They could care less that their boys clinton and carter did the same exact things that they criticize Bush for. It is just how it is with them.

Agreed! They came into power swearing they would be more ethical, but since they have no idea what that word means, they were doomed to failure.
