Anniversary presents

What did you get for your boyfriend/ girlfriend/ husband/ wife/ illegal lover:) on your last anniversary? What were the reasons you made him/ her that gift?

The first anniversary gift I gave to my boyfriend was a silver ID bracelet, but unfortunately he lost it and I still got mine. I gave him the bracelet coz for me its something that we could both wear, he does not like to wear necklaces and rings so I gave the bracelet instead.
