For more clarity: Cable is a fiber-optic line technology that uses the same network as a TV with upgraded server-side hardware. DSL is a direct channel to a local switching station through an alternate port in a phone line. DSL's speed depends on your distance from a switching station. Cable's speed is usually constant, but can depend on usage on your grid, or neighborhood. Cable is usually always faster. Cable is the better choice.

for me the cable is so much faster than dsl coz i use dsl before but still slow so i switch to cable and its so much faster and i don't have much problem than dsl though is more expensive but i think its worth the money if you think of the aggravation that you will get with a slow computer.
