Do you keep last season's clothing on hangers in your closet or tucked away in boxxes?

I box my clothes up. I don't have room in my closet to have everything hanging up. Every spring and fall I will go through my closet and rearrange and get rid of the clothes I never wore that season. This helps get rid of some of the clutter. I hate clutter in my closet.

Clutter is my big pet peeve. Worse than a cluttered closet, I loathe a cluttered refrigerator. Some people see a crowded refrigerator as a good thing, cause at least you have that much food there. But I see it as a sign of a disorganized life. I'm constantly cleaning the fridge and closet.

I keep most of it in the closet. I have a closet organizer so it gives me two racks to hang clothes on The top rack is where I hang my clothes for the current season. The lower rack I where I hang clothes from the prior season. And under that lower rack I also have a large tote. In there I put alot of my winter sweaters because they take up too much room when they are hanging.

I hide all my last season's clothes that I won't use for until next season in a space bags. Vacuum and takes minimum space. And for some clothes that I still going to need once in a while from last season's, I just put them in a box so easy for me to take everytime I need them.

I'm the same way. I have to know where all my stuff is or I'll search through every box and closet to find it. Maybe I'm too attached to my worldly goods. Not sure. But, clothing is way too expensive to simply enjoy one season and discard the next.
