Focaccia Bread: Plain or Topped

Do you like your Focaccia Bread plain or topped with something? When I make it I usually make one plain one, one with diced black olives and pepperoni and another one with pepperoni in the bread but topped with Romano cheese and garlic.
If you have never had this, it is similar to pizza but usually doesn't have a tomato sauce on it.

I have never even heard of it before but you have me interested. Do you make the bread yourself or do you buy it already made? It sounds good.

You can buy it or make it yourself. I do both; when I don't have the time to make it I stop at a small deli that makes it fresh every day. It's something that you can use as a nice appetizer if you have some things to dip it in or if you are a bread junkie like me, use it to make a sandwich or eat it right out of the bag.
