Does he/she hit you? Does he/she beat you up with their words? Does he/she try to keep you from your friends and family? Do they say they will kill you or themselvef if you move out? Does he/she have to control every part of your life? No matter what you do or say is ever good enough for him/her.
People LOVE doesn't hurt. If it is hurting you that IS NOT love.
Love wants the best for you. Love is warm and soft. Love brings happyness. Love is tender with you.
Get out while you still can. Don't wait till they really harm or kill you. Get out today.

I was in a very abusive relationship once and got out of it 9 years ago, but it took me 8 years to do it. It was both physical & mental abuse.He kept me from friends & family,threatened me,family & friends.And he was a very big control freek. I was never good enough.I love your post. Love does not hurtWants the best,Brings happinessI got none of this..I am so glad I got out when I did, before I lost my life He already had my self esteem at a all time low.I am finding it very hard to trust again.
