I am very allergic to shrimps and eggs since i have an asthma..
everytime I eat those foods, i feel that my chest is like crushing my lungs.
and also chicken skin.. i love it but too sad, i cant eat it, because i get rashes.

I also had an asthma before when i am 11-12 years ol,but it only attacks me during night time. And like you,i am also allergic with eggs,eggplants,chicken meats,and etc. But fortunately,it had gone. But right now,i think i am allergic with lipstick that every time i put a lipstick on my lips,i felt really uncomfortable coz my lips are getting so00 itchy and it would turn out to be like bulging.
