Have you ever had anyone tell you this? When I was working as a bus driver, I was having anxiety attacks, and this is exactly what the doctor told me. It was probably the best decision of my life, and has actually put me on a better track of health. We ended up moving, just last year, to a cleaner area, and surprisingly a better job and opportunity for both me and my husband. we moved from a population of 3.5 million people in the capital of Phoenix, Arizona, to an interesting location in Utah with a population of 100,000. My health has never been better, and the air is clean, and there are fewer people here as well! plus, my anxiety as a bus driver is over. I kinda liked the job, but I think I like myself more. So, what kind of dramatic changes have you had to make, that bettered your life, or even perhaps made it worse?

yeah, i think you should, if you are a bus driver, because the job is somewhat dangerous and it never allows distraction. you have also many people 's live on hand at the same time. so i think to quit is a right decision to make.

Yes, I quit my job as a bus driver. However, later I may go back to work as a bus driver, just going to stay away from the terrorist alerts, and I should be fine.
