a big welcome will always be my answer to everyone who will say "thank you" to me...but sad to say there are many people who find it very hard to say... what do you think?

When some one day thank you can say that you are all ways welcome. This is the word I use.

Commonly, I would say "You're welcome". If they are thanking me for elp that I've given, I would say "I'm glad to have helped". If the "thanks" is for a gift, I would say "I hope you like it".

"you're welcome" or "no problem". I hate when people don't say thank you. I think it's extremely rude to not say thank you...and usually in that case I'll sarcastically say "thanks... sure no problem" pretending that they thanked me and I was saying it wasn't a problem. Or I'll just say "you're welcome!" because I'm not going to be rude back by not responding to a thank you...even if they don't thank me I still "you're welcome" them.
