I just lie down in bed for a few minutes, watch TV, read my favorite book, or do mylotting. If I have the cash, I hit the beauty parlor for spas, manicure, pedicure or facial cleansing. Body massage is also relaxing, although it is expensive from spa saloons. Going to malls or grocery stores also is relaxing for me...otherwise, I just stay home and bond with family members, eat together, talk. Sometimes my daughter volunteers to do a foot spa or scrub on me or dye my hair, either ways, they are truly relaxing, plus a chance to bond with her....

There were lots of resources available to change your mind .. first of all you have to clearly decide not to think back of the thing which made you the stress ... then there is computer tv ..nature and all other things will easily divert your mind ... but if you wont take that thing out of your mind then it will fully occupy your mind blocking other things .. its in your hand only ... I normally hear to music .. music is the best medicine to stress ...
