My 2 year old son Angel did it last night. He slept for the first time without a diaper. He was been potty trained for months now. But I was still putting a diaper on him to go to sleep in. Well last night after the fireworks he feel asleep without one. And slept all night without his diaper on. And when he woke up this morning he peed for a good 5 minutes. But I was so proud of him for sleeping without one and no accidents. At what age did your little sleep without a diaper or pull-up?

Right now my baby is only 9 months old. (almost anyways) She's still in diapers, and I haven't really started trying to potty train her, considering she can't walk yet. However I do put her on her training potty while I'm going to the bathroom so that she'll be used to it when we do start potty training. Plus she won't be scared of the toilet either.

Thats a good idea many kids are scared of the potty at first.

congtrats i know its hard work training them!! my sons were about the same age i made sure they were out of nappies a good few months thet started nursery at 3, its hard and sometimes you want to give up - but its well worth all the hassle. You should try and make a chart and every night he stays dry put a star in then if he gets 7 days reward him with a little something!! It worked a treat 4 my 2 who are now 6 and 4. Good luck Louise x

That's great, not only will you not seem diapers anymore but these days diapers tend to cost so much. So congrats and start looking forward to a bit more cash in your wallet (although by this stage, it means that your child has grown up even more and hence more food) so it even outs I guess. But don't let the money ruined it, raising a child is one of the joys of life. Cheers.

That's something to be proud of. My son still uses the diapers at night, he's already 3 years old. I also hope that he can quit it soon, you know how expensive the diapers are.

My 3 year old grandson is potty trained also...He would always say, "I not bigger yet gama." I would tell him that we would go buy some underwear for him and he would say, "I told you, I not bigger yet, gama!!!! Keep us posted on his other adventures....

OK here is what it took with my son as silly as it sounds. I used to have to sit on the floor in front of the toliet and hold both of his hands and just encourage him.

Oh that is wonderful- It's always a big step not to have to wear a diaper at all- It will save some money- and many messes- You should be proud and so should Angel!

HOORAY great news! Its always wonderful when children reach another step in their lives and being able to go to bed without a diaper and not wetting the bed is most definitely a milestone. My son was a late bloomer and I think he was almost 3 when he stopped wearing one - he still had a few accidents but eventually got over it. When he was ready to use the toilet then everything was fine!

That is terrific! My son started potty training early too. He was 18 months when he started being dry all day. But at 3-1/2 he still doesn't have nights down. He is dry about 1/2 of the time. Any tips?

Congratulations to him!! He's such a big boy now! That's a very young age to be without diapers now. My son was 3 when he didn't need diapers anymore so very good job.

I think it was about 1 year and 7 months (about 2 years). Congrats for the good news and the savings on diapers, maybe now you can use that money to go on a trip.
