Do you wear make up everyday?

I wear make up about 1/2 the week. If I am just running to the grocery store or something I normally don't. If I am going anywhere else I normally put some make up on.

nope, i'm always at home, so no need to put make up on. when we go out to buy groceries, watch movies, buy stuffs, i don't too, but there are very very rare occasions that i put a bit of lipstick/lipshiner, a bit of blush-on, but then again, i'm more comfortable going out with no make up at all.

When this discussion was brought up before, I asked my husband whether he preferred me to wear make-up. He said I'm beautiful with or without. Whether he means it or not, who knows? LOL! That's like the "Do I look fat in this dress?" type of question. Anyway, when I was working I wore make-up everyday. Not much, mind you. I prefer a natural look. I wore mascara, blush, eyeshadow (usually brown or purple) and lipstick. Now I never wear eyeshadow. I think I have grown allergic to it as it makes my eyes itchy. I think without at least mascara and blush I look like a corpse so I do prefer to wear make-up (mascara, blush and lipstick) when I go to a family gathering or other gathering, or when I read at church. Sometimes when I go to church and am not reading I will still add some make-up. It usually depends on whether I have time. But for regular everyday hanging out and errand running I don't wear make-up.

I like the natural look too and most of the time put on very little make up and not very vivid colors. Mascara is my number one when I put on make up because my eyelashes are so light. It makes the biggest difference and pretty quick to do.

I haven't worn makeup in years. The people who are important to me think I look fine just the way I am, so I really don't have any reason to wear makeup. It saves a lot of time when getting ready to go out places too.

I hardly ever put makeup on anymore unless I am going out on the town....dinner, movie, that sort of stuff. I like to go plain and not hassle with putting any on. If people don't like the way I look then they don't need to look at me....lol I don't even curl my hair anymore. I grew it out about to my butt and I pull it back into a pony tail and go. I gave up on being glamorous if you would call it that!

When i was working, I wore it everyday. Now that I'm at home I hardly ever wear it unless I'm going someplace. For fast errands I don't even bother. I guess I wear it probably half the week as well.

I always wear eye makeup. It think it makes me look more alive, friendly and approachable. About 75% of the time I wear base makeup and blusher. But even if I am just running out to the grocery store I will dab on mascara. I like to feel that I have at least made an effort to face the day. Also, it forces me to wash my face each night because I would never sleep with makeup on.

Yes, I put make up everyday. I look pale if I dont. But I have to wash it off really well after my day is done.

I tried makeup off and on over the years ... and each time, no matter what kind, it felt like grease paint. Can't stand wearing makeup. And I don't. I'm pale - "Irish white" skin in fact. I don't see the need for it. It's something someone else decided was what women should be wearing. No one tells me what I should be wearing! *grins* My hubby is glad I'm not that type of gal who can't go anywhere without makeup, hairspray, and loads of jewelry. I'm very much a "plain jane" and he's perfectly happy with that - and so am I. I simple t-shirt and jeans and I'm happy. No brand names, no $100 jeans, no makeup, no hairspray/mousse/gel, - none of that stuff. I've got better things to do with my time. If someone has to judge me based on makeup and clothing, then that person is shallow. Sorry, just my opinion. *steps down from her soapbox* *grins*
