Would you regret it if 'the one that got away' got away for good? I'm listening to the song 'Champagne High' by Sister Hazel, and it struck me as so sad that there must be people out there who hesitate with someone they care about and end up losing them to someone else. A lot of us have someone in our past that we consider 'the one that got away', so would it pain you if they found happiness elsewhere and you lost your shot with them for good? I'm fortunate that my one that got away came back time and again of his own accord, but he was engaged to a woman for 3 long years and I thought it would devastate me if I lost him for good.
