How helpful is mylot staff?

i posted this topic http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/1163524.aspx like a week ago containing a very important information regarding my payment information... there seemed to be a bug that everytime i entered my payment information next time i go back it was reset to default and i have to enter everything in again, and it keeps happening. so i made that topic and no1 answered, so i then used the contact tool to send a message to mylot asking for a response and i still have not yet received a response to my message or the topic above. how helpful has mylot staff been to you guys?

since they changed Mylot I have not been able to find that page will try to look especially since I am hoping to reach pay out by today
