Do you eat until you are full or until you are satisfied?

I think I mostly eat until I am satisfied. I hate to walk around beeing completely full.

in holidays or reunion i eat slowly, dont want to get full at once lol, i eat small portion of everything there and get back to the best tasting food. ill stop when im half full so there will be room for liquids.

It all depends on what it is I am eating. If it's just food, then I eat until I am satisfied, but if it is really good food that I like, or a treat that I don't get very often like something from the Danish restaurant, I eat until I am full!!

i usually cannot eat a large meal at one sitting. I dont know why, but i just cannot. i tend to eat a few small meals during the day such as fruit or the like. i try to make them healthy, but its not always possible.

im always hungry. but there are different hungry feelings. theres really hungry and just hungry. i usually eat when im really hungry. ill eat everything on my plate. and if im to share out my own food ill take everything in the pot. but theres a feeling i get when i know that iv eaten satisfacturyly, and i can stop eaten then, but i just continue

For me it depends on the occasion. If I am out on New Years eve at a special dinner, than I eat until I am full. Also, if I am invited to a BBQ I pig out and eat until my stomach is full. Most of the year, I just eat until I am satisfied
