Medical Advice on daughter who was born with Gastroschisis

My daughter was born with Gastroshisis, and opening in her abdomin where her bowels grew on the outside. She's almost 5 and for the past few days she has been having a hard time pooping and when she does its a black tarry sticky poop. Does anyone have any idea what this could be, and should I take her to the Emergency Room? We recently moved to Indiana from Maine, so we have not established a family doctor yet.

i really do not know what i can advice to you than consult a doctor. i never encounter such medical issues.
maybe she needs an operation to correct things out.
you should find a doctor near your place. goodluck
