i have started using Opera - i realised that it came first in some tests in terms of speed so i tried it out - pretty cool how it has a screen where you can have 9 pages tiled onto one screen and i can set each one to a page i usually visit everyday - so that when i open it i can see every page all at once.

Just watch those cookies and post back on it for us. I have yet to try it. Except on the Wii and DS systems. Thanks for posting. ^-^

Yeah, my favorite is Mozilla Firefox. Reasons: -Its pretty secure haves popup blockers. -Easy to use -Nice looking -Crashes very rarely But i can give you a tip: Don't use internet explorers any version, it doesn't have any security and popups are coming to your screen for every second if you use it.

i'm using firefox:) the reason why i started using firefox was because of the tabbed browsing. i didn't want to have so many windows of IE opened and cluttered on my windows taskbar. although now IE 7 has tabbed browsing, i still stick to firefox:D

My personal favorite browser is Firefox. Not because I think it's "elite" or anything else, but just because I enjoy teh styles I can customize the browser with. Internet Explorerer is alright, but it just doesn't have the styles and color options that Firefox does. Nor does it have the add-ons or extensions. I have quite a few different browsers on this computer, though. We have Opera, Internet Explorer, and Firefox. My sister uses Opera, I use Firefox, and nobody uses Internet Explorer, but Windows won't let me delete it, so I guess it's here to stay. I deleted Internet Explorer once. Apparently, Windows XP will NOT function without it. It's silly, really.

hmm, it should not block anything you don't want it to. Are you posting at work perhaps? Some places won't allow things. Thanks for your post. ^-^

I use both internet explorer and firefox - haven't used opera in a long time though. but yeh, my default browser is internet explorer and i prefer it because firefox seems to always like keeping its pages on the one screen so a lot of the words become too small. Internet explorer i can change the background and font settings as well as erase history, etc. but i do use firefox as a backup browser incase something stuffs up with my internet explorer browser.

You know you can actually amend that on firefox. Go to:tools and download "Web Developer" and it allows you to customize that and many other things to make your browsing really cool. Thanks for your post. ^-^

mozilla firefox is the best. IE is ok for general use. but for the ultimate net experience firefox rocks.
