I eat fiber to lose weight!

I already feel that my weight and body shape is no more at an appreciable level so I decided to eat just oatmeal and some fruits and some milk on breakfast. So far so good because the hunger pangs is not so bad. But I eat a good lunch and dinner. I hope to slowly lose some weight this way. Please share experience of eating fiber for health and losing weight.

Certainly fiber is essential to losing weight. From what I've read, if you eat a bowl of high fiber cereal 20 to 30 minutes before you eat dinner, your blood sugar will remain stable. When blood sugar spikes more insulin is released, which can later lead to diabetes. You are smart to start dealing with the weight issues slowly. No need to rush. Best of luck with your weight loss.
