I don't know if any of you remember the stinging nettles. I had most unpleasant contacts with them as a child lol.
But did you know they are very beneficial? They can help with several ailments. They work well as diuretics for example.
A warning though, pregnant women should NOT take those herbs.
I found an article here so you can read more on it.

I am not surprised about stinging nettles. That their exists alternative medicine practices that are safe and effective is something my wife and I have been learning more about in recent years as we get older.
To anyone experiencing any malady I say first go to the doctor for a diagnosis then get on the internet and look up everything both main line and alternative having to do with that diagnosis. My wife and I have both found effective safe treatments that solved serious problems that could have required surgery. In both cases the answer was a non-toxic safe home procedure. The internet is your friend when used intelligently in combination with your doctor.
Yep, I believe it about stinging nettles.
