Chocolate. Chilled or room temperature?

How do you like your chocolate? Do you like it really hard, straight out of the fridge, or do you like it nice and soft, where it melts on your fingers? I have to say I like mine from the fridge, unless it is something with caramel in it, because that goes too hard in the fridge. What's your favourite?

Muscare, I do love chocolate from the fridge unless (I agree with you), it contains caramel which is better eaten soft.

Yes, even in the cold weather, chocolate needs to be kept in the fridge, guess that is why I only have chocolate with caramel on rare occasions!

i like my chocolates very very hard coz i don't want it being melt into my fingers, i don't found it delicious when it's already melt..i like it a little crunchy when i eat it..i don't know but i can feel that if it's already melt, it's lessen the flavor of the chocolate..lol

It definitely changes it's flavour when it warms up, and I really don't like the 'gluggy' texture that is gets. I don't think I'll ever stop keeping chocolate in the fridge!

hmm.. little bit hard, straight from the fridge... that's hard enough but not too much too hard to bite.

As long as I don't break a tooth on the chocolate, it should be just right!

Yes, especially in summer. Here at the moment, if I left the chocolate at room temp, it's almost the same as being in the fridge.

I like chocolates in room temperature. I don't like it to be hard. Also, it seems like it tastes a little different if it has been put in the fridge.

I agree it tastes different from the fridge, but have to say I prefer that flavour!
