I hope not. Some of us can't check for or make responses that often some times. Even if I get on everyday, it might be at about the same time, so a day would easily have passed before I could respond to a discussion or reply to someones responses to one of my discussions. I'm sure this is true for a lot of people and we can't all be on at the same time, especially with the truly international representation here.

So do you get earnings from others responding to your discussions or just from what you enter either as the start of a discussion or as a response to someone else's or as your own follow up to a response to a discussion you started? Does anyone really know on what they base the earnings?

Well, I started a discussion and ever since I did nothing else on mylot (so little time, so much to do) but I did receive answers. But my earnings for that day were 0.00$. So, no. Discussions we start help the others to earn ;) So thanks ;)

i am not very sure but i think and hope that the responses we get after a day also help in our earnings if we get some earnings per response.

I don't think it is not counted. Once the earnings are updated the remaining are pending for the next day. I think they are also counted.

I think we do get paid for the responses after one day also...Because in one day we can't get so many responses as i don't get so many responses in a day...

I am sure it would help, the earnings would be added to your next months' earning, so it may be delayed but not lost.

i think, it does. it gets reflected in the next days earnings or whenever it gets responded. that is the reason, i find, my earnings get increased, by 1 cent or 2 though, even when i have not responded at all!!

I'm almost POSITIVE that you still get earnings even if the post is older than a day. I know this because I did not log onto myLot for several weeks due to being too busy to post here, and I made a few pennies for responses to older topics that I posted a while ago. I wouldn't worry about it, though.
Just try to have fun on myLot, and the pennies will start piling up. :) If you worry too much about the money, you won't make quality posts that help the community as a whole and it will ruin the nature of myLot. Keep on postin'!!!

There is nothing like that. You still get paid for the responses you gets on from the next day also. There are days when I have been out for days but still kept on getting the responses and got earned but I should definitely say that the earning was not that good as otherwise...

I heard from a friend that ou bet 0.001$ for one responses to your discussions but you'll have to get atleast ten. I dont think time matters. Not sure myself...

I believe it does count for the next update.
Once I have posted only a few responses in a day but received multiple responses on my discussions and noticed my earnings are a bit higher than usual, so my guess is it does. But then again I could be wrong and be noticing the adjustment in my earnings just because of wishful thinking!...lol..
If you want a definite answer, I think that you should contact admin they can answer that question for you with the correct response.

I believe that is not the case. During weekends that I do not log into mylot, I still receive a 0.01 in my earnings the following day. I think this is for those responses to my discussions. I am not so sure about this though.

                    Hello Coolgeth,
Well, I don't think so. It doesn't matter when you are going to respond or comment on a discussion. It won't affect your earnings. I remember that I responded to 3 discussions from the same friend about a few days ago and My Lot deleted my 3 credits from the total of my postings. So, I don't think if you respond/comment later than a day, it will affect your earnings.

Yes they do. Just for the next day and
now the next pay period. But they always
count unless they get deleted.
HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB!!~

                    Dear Coolgeth
Whatever responses we get to our discussion -- we definitely get paid for it .. whether you get reply on the same day or you get reply on the next day .. or after a month .. that doesn't matter .. but it will definitely add up to our earnings.
