Evan Almighty - light, family entertainment

It's still enjoyable even though it's not even close to Bruce Almighty in terms of humor. Steve Carell was awesome replaying his role as Evan Baxter and Wanda Sykes had some great lines as well like you said, and among the one that stands out on my list are "Man, if I get the bird flu he is paying for my medical bills", "Why do you sound like Evan Baxter but look like a Bee Gee", "I can't even get my cat to use the litter box" and "If that's coming out the front I don't even wanna know what's coming out the back". I think the theme of Noah was chosen because it involved a family and this movie focuses on the family like you said. I actually thought Steve Carell looked good with the beard and long hair, making him look really like people in the olden days....
