How many responses do you give per day?

How many times do you respond to discussions in a day? You know that the more you respond, the more your earnings increase. But what's your number of responses per day? Do you have a target number for that? As for myself, I try to respond at least 20 Discussions. I started this yesterday, and I was succeful. Soon, I'll pass on to the mark of 50 replies in a single day!

I usually aim for around 20 responses as well, but it does depend on my schedule for the day. Many days, I only have time during my lunch break at work to post my responses, and I don't make as many responses on those days. Other days, I am able to spend a lot more time working on responses. I doubt I would ever be able to make 50 replies in a single day. Maybe on a weekend, if I didn't have anything else to do, but it doesn't seem very likely!

Being busy really makes you post less responses, doesn't it? There are days in which I am so busy that I cannot even log into MyLot! But only some days. My maximum in a day was 70, or something around it. I'm pretty sure you can make 50 replies... Hard Work can get you anywhere you want, I think.

Of course, depends on how much the person wants to earn. I'm so sorry you're having health problems! I really hope you get better. Must be hard to take care of two children, isn't it? Two boys? Thanks for your response, by the way.

Someday I really don't have time to come on mylot. So I try to post at least 5 pots per day. I know this is not a lot, but I'm not only there for the money. I don,t find every day good discussion to answer too.

Yep, I know exactly what you mean. I used to do the same as you, log in and answer around 5 discussions, and then leave. I was only wanting a small ammount of money. Now that I'm on vacation, I'm trying to achieve 30 Dollars on this month! Sounds hard, but it's a good challenge, isn't it? Thanks for your response.

Every day is sooo different for me. Lately I've been so busy so it's only been about 15 a day. But there are other days where I can get close to 100, although that is rare. There are also days where I don't do any, and those are pretty rare too. I'm hoping to get at least 30-40 today...hopefully more!

Wow, those are really impressive numbers! 15 in the busy days? I used to post 10, usually. Now, I'm on vacation and more active, so I doubled that number. You are the master! 100 in a day is such an extreme number! How can you manage to achieve that number?

I login to mylot twice a day.. once at night after the earnings are updated and again in the afternoon the next day. Each time i'm online i usually try to respond to at least 25 discussions.. so i can reach 50 replies before the next earnings are updated. If i miss one session, then I'll have at least 25 responses already settled. :)

Oh, that's good! 50 responses per day must get you some cool money! How much do you earn per day, more or less?

Well, on the days that i only get one session done.. i will earn maybe $0.40-$0.50.. But if i do get 2 sessions done i'll earn around $0.80-$0.90.. the highest so far i've earned in a day is $1.16.. Also i forgot to mention that on top of responding, i try to start at least 2 quality discussions.. and also leave comments on every response that people give to me. Doesn't really earn me "COOL" money.. but it's something.. since I am a stay at home mom.. it's pretty new to me.. i've been here maybe 3 weeks.. so, i enjoy it alot.. :) All the best to you!

That's great, I earn only 20 cents a day, when I use MyLot. I gotta work harder to get more money, then! Thanks for your response, and have a nice day.

i joined mylot just 2 days back and till now i posted some 50+ times. i actually can respond nealy 100 times but dont have that much time. i previously posted some 100+ responses in a forum. and that too in just 2-3 hours. i loved it then. mylot is lot slow than the forum and it keeps on asking for tags and takes time to open a new page. else i could have responded more. and also in the future i try to increase my posts with quality responses. hope this discussion continues.

You know, 56 responses in only two days is great! If you keep up your work, you'll reach your payout on this month! So, you already had some experience in posting? That's why you have 56 posts already. I use Firefox, so I open several discussions at once in several Tabs, and when they all load, I just go answering and answering. It's way faster.

I have a target to post at least 100 per day. But some days I am not able to do that. I'll try my best to do as many as I can, though. How much did you earn when you post 20 discussions? Maybe we can compare and see how much mylot pay per post.

MyLot Earning system is very complicated, and it's against the rules if we post how are our earnings calculated, I think. However, I didn't earn a regular quantity. Sometimes, 12 cents. Sometimes, 25. Sometimes, 30. Always changing. I think it has to do with how many lines you write x number of words / quality number. Something as complex as that, or even more.

Since the start I already have set my own goals in mylot and one of these is to respond at least 20 discussions per day and another one is to post at least 1-2 topics per week. Indeed, I was successful in achieving goal number 1 but failed in coming up with a topic or two in a weekly basis. I noticed that I was more of a responder than a poster. I really find it difficult to look for better ideas which topic to discuss.

there were instances that i can make up to 30 responses if i had good sleep the night before. as i noticed i am better off at early mornings than late at nights. i have fresher ideas and thoughts in the morning as compared to evenings definitely because you are full of energy when you have just woke up. btw, i prefer using a pen ....LOL

I understand what you mean... I can create some nice discussions sometimes, but I must have good ideas. Otherwise, only bad discussions come out of my mind. I can ask: "Do you use pen or pencil?" but that would be such an idiot discussion... I have plenty ideas like that, and only some good ideas. I think I could post one or two discussions per week. Anyway, if you are a good replier, then try to increase your number of responses and see your earnings increasing!

Hello munhozmib! I don't have a particular target for the day as to how many discussions I'll respond to. For me, it isn't a matter of replying to as many discussions as possible but as many as I can respond to keeping the quality intact. I do not respond to discussions where I have nothing meaningful, helpful or additional to say. I have very little knowledge actually and instead of replying to so many discussions I'll rather read a lot of discussions. There are many, many things that I don't know for which I not only search discussions but also all related material. Quite often, I'll go to my references or internet for things I am not clear about. So, with reading too much, there is not much time left to reply to many discussions. I also take much time while replying to a discussion when I decide to reply. As I try to be meaningful, helpful but also understandable, I spend a considerable time in editing my reply which takes some time. I reread my response before submitting, correcting my spelling and grammar errors. It takes a considerable time but still there are some mistakes left. Whatever time is left other than my reading and editing, I try to respond where I can. I have responded to around 690 discussions so far and I have started more than 60 discussions and it took me around 4 months. So my average is about just above 6 per day. I know it's a low average but I am satisfied with it:-)

I did learn a lot here on mylot, munhozmib, and I am still learning through reading discussions. I have learnt a lot from peoples' experiences, knowledge and the information they have to share. I have also learnt about many countries, their cultures and interesting facts about that country or culture. I have also learnt about different religions in more depth than I already knew. It kind of brought me close to them and helped in understanding of different peoples, cultures, countries, social and ethical norms an such. I have also improved my English (It's not my first language) and my writing skill through this forum. New words and their usage are added in my vocabulary almost every day. Yes, overall, I am quite happy with my experience here:-) I wish everybody best of luck in their experience here on mylot:-)

I found pretty interesting your way of using myLot. You do not use as any other user... Instead of using to reply, you use to learn. That's quite good, you must learn a lot here in myLot. I don't re-read my responses everytime, but sometimes I do. I learned how to write certain words, like which (I used to write wich). As long as you are happy, that is what matters, isn't it?

Yesterday I posted more than ninty quality responses. I wanted to reach payout and I did. Usually I post around thirty quality responses. That is about three hours that I spend at mylot every day. I have a lot of fun at mylot this way and I do learn many new things. but on normal days I do not check how many responses I make. I just type for the fun of it. Happy mylotting.

I don't have a goal for the number of posts I do each day. I usually check my email for responses to my discussions and comments. After I respond to those, I check "today's top discussions," the "new discussions" and "recent discussions," responding to those I am interested in. That is usually about all the time I want to spend. It will vary from day to day. I have been a member of myLot only for a month and am now averaging about 10 per day. As I get more friends and get involved in more discussions, I'm sure that number will grow.

100 would take a lot of time. I don't think I will ever get that high in one day. It would interfere with my golf. lol

since it's my second day to this website ,I don't have a target.I just want to enjoy reading and responding to topics that i have an idea so that it will be useful to those who read it.But I hope i reach that also.By the way is there a meter in mylot wherein you will see the number of responses you have made?

Just keep enjoying, that's the way it should be. What do you mean by a meter? The number of responses that you have made doesn't influence in nothing... except by allowing you the copy and paste feature (after 300, if I'm not mistaken) and the rating star, after 100.
