System Administration HCM 200

At the place I just began to work I find myself responsible for a telephone PBX made by Siemens, specifically the HCM 200. It's more than ten years old and I'm having a hard time finding anyone who might be able to help me learn the basics of administering the thing. I have the manual, but it's about three inches thick, and otherwise typical of such manuals. My needs are simple - like how do you add, change or delete lines and trunks. Can anyone out there give me a clue? Thanks much.
