Fires at Midnight

My husband's friend who owns a music store gave me a copy of Blackmore's Night "Fires at Midnight" as a gift because we buy alot of stuff from him. I love how the music feels like you are at a Rennaissance Faire. My favorite from this album is 2. The Times They Are A Changin'. Her voice is so sweet and melodic. What is your favorite song by them?

Well I don't have a favourite song by them, I've only strated listening to them recently because of Ritchie Blackmore and I gotta say I agree with you, they are a great band I love how they are so different from every other band and that they arn't doiing this for the media they are doing what they they love. The first song I heard was Shadow Of The Moon I just loved how it took you out of todays reality back to the renaisance, so I guess that's my favourite song of theirs but I only listend to their new album Secret Voyage which is excellent . Ritchie is an amazing guitarist and his playing goes perfectly well with Candice Night they should get together with Dio again so they can do a duet of Rainbows Eyes or something like that it would be perfect music. I take you are a fan of Rainbow yes? what's your favourite song by them?Cheers!!!

I actually haven't heard any Rainbow. I find the music so soothing, especially when I am over stressed and just need to chill out. I can sit down and put Blackmore's Night on and feel almost instantly better. They did a version of Greensleeves that is just magical.

That's cool, you should really check out rainbow though, check out Catch The Rainbow, The Temple Of The King, Rainbows Eye by Rainbow on youtube amazing stuff.Cheers

I am a huge Ritchie Blackmore fan. Im not really into Blackmore's Night, more of, Deep Purple and Rainbow. But, I suppose I can then, check out his Blackmore's Night stuff.

When I was in High School, my friends and I were really into King Arthur and the Round Table. Blackmore's Night brings back nostalgic feelings. My husband likes Rainbow. I haven't really listened to it much.
