how do u judge the perfect time for some job??

i have seen pplz yapping that there is a time for everything?? so here i ask u guys do u ever feel the right time for some job?? isnt it tought to decide when to take a decision??

oh u bet its tough to decide which is d rite place and what is d rite time wen it comes about carrerr, my fren too had a problem bout it, he was initially gettin lots of offers but he refused them thinkin of better prospects, but now he aint gettin any offer s any more! so as u said timing matters a lot!!
