Some people say the government should not put money on arts such as music and painting.Instead, they should spend more money on construction of public facilities
what is your opinoin??

The construction may not be the most important. I think the government should pay more attention and spend money for the poors. The money should be spent on them. Such as the education fee and health care should be offered to them. I hate to see that children can't go to school and sick people can't afford the hospital charge because they are poor.
