I have stitches on the lower jaw of min on the right side.
I got it due to an accident when I fell off from my bike due to slippery road.
And I have mentioned this in all the official documents as identification mark of my body.
Do you have any such identification mark?

I have stitches where my tooth went through my chin, in my eyebrow where I had to get a lump cut out and several other scars where I have had to get lumps cut out! I also know have a scar of a few inches going down my lower back and a tattoo on my chest! I have never thought of putting any of these on official documents as identifying marks - that is a very good idea - I will look into this! xx

I have a very small scare on my left cheek where I had a mole 'beauty mark' removed a few years ago. I also have a scare on my right knee where I had an accident on a mini-bike when I was 14.

Hello Ranjeetkolarkar,
Aside from my freckles, I have one tiny mole, and three small scars. Two of the scars are so tiny that they could not be used as an identifyer. The third perhaps. Yet, it too, is quite small. And, the tiny mole is in a place where the public would probably never see it, unless I was wearing a skimpy bikini bathing suit (which I have never worn -- I've always been a one-piece bathing suit wearer). So, that wouldn't work as an identifyer either.
So, I guess I have no physical identifyers. Dental records will have to suffice, should it ever be necessary ... which I certainly hope is not the case.

I have a slightly faded scar right across the middle of my forehead. I got it from childhood accident. I think my sister and I were playing roughly and I hit my forehead on the edge of a cabinet. I was really very young, not more than six years old.

I have a birth mark shaed like a little island on my left leg and three tatoos!
*One Heart & roses with my last name on my upper right shoulder
*One tribal with my kids names on my lower back
*One on my anckle with my initials
With all that, I am truly confident that they will be able to identify me without a doubt...lol

I do have an identification mark. There is a scar over my left eye. I got it in an accident when a flying iron rod struck just above my eye. It caused temporary blindness then but gradually i regained my vision though now it is far below normal...But the scar is pretty deep and it required 5 stiches.

I never have to write anything like this down on any document. I have a burn mark, but it's fading so one day it won't be visible enough to be identified. I used to have another mark, I got it when I was born, but now this mark is gone too.

Hello ranjeetkolarkar,
I can't remember whether I have any. As far as I know, I don't see any birth mark on me. I do not have any other identification mark due to anything at all. So it is quite bad huh? If something happens, it will be hard to recognise that it is me *smile*

I have a black more on my chin and that's the only identification mark that can be easily seen.
